How to submit your monthly ClubWalk video

In this guide, we'll show you how to submit your monthly ClubWalk video in ClubPilot. Each club records one walkthrough video every month, so leaders can see the club as members see it. We're using a club manager's view. Open ClubWalk from the menu on the left. At the top, ClubPilot shows this month's requirement: one completed walkthrough for each club, and the date it's due. Your club is marked Due until a video is submitted. When you're ready, click Start walkthrough. Check the club is right. On a phone, tap Record video. It opens the camera in video mode, using the rear camera, with sound. Walk the club at a steady pace: entry and reception, the gym floor, studios, change rooms, and anything that needs attention. Keep it under about eight minutes. Longer walks can be split into extra clips after saving. If you've already filmed it, choose Choose existing video, and pick the file. MP4, MOV, M4V and WebM files work, up to ninety-five megabytes. The video is now attached, and ready to send. Add a walkthrough note if there's anything the reviewer should know. For example, a light that's already been reported, or an area that's being renovated. Then click Submit walkthrough video. Keep the page open until the upload finishes. Done. The walkthrough is saved for this month, and your club no longer shows as due. Your reviewer can now watch it. Every walkthrough is kept in the history, so you and your manager can compare the club from month to month. A few tips. Film in landscape, hold the phone steady, and move slowly. Say out loud anything that needs fixing as you film it. And if you spot broken equipment, log a maintenance request too, so the repair is tracked. That's it.
