How does the 30-day free trial work?

Choose a plan, create your account, confirm your email and add your business locations. Your workspace opens automatically, ready for you to invite your team. Your 30 days start when the workspace is created. No card is required, and a paid plan starts only with your approval. Optional AI, paid integrations, migration and custom work are excluded unless separately agreed.

What does ClubPilot cost?

Starter is AUD $25/month (1 location, 2 users). Club is $59/month for up to 3 locations and Group $119/month for up to 10, both with unlimited users. Annual plans work out at $21, $49 and $99 a month. Founding clubs get 50% off for 12 months. Corporate is quoted for larger networks, with dedicated 24/7 support. Prices exclude GST; extra locations are $20/month.

How hard is it to get started?

What happens after the trial?

Does ClubPilot need access to our member CRM?

No. ClubPilot manages operational accountability and does not require access to member profiles, payment details or your membership CRM.

Does staff need to download an app?

Not initially. ClubPilot works in the phone browser and can be installed to the home screen like an app. The same system also works on desktop and tablet.
