Regular clients receive one minor edit per month; founding partners receive four. The allowance is per client account, not per user or location. It resets monthly, including on annual plans, and unused edits do not roll over.
- A minor edit is one small change to existing wording, settings or a template that takes up to 15 minutes. New features, workflows, integrations and reports are quoted separately. Bug fixes and normal product support do not use your edit allowance.
- Additional edits are $99/hour with a 30-minute minimum charge of $49.50 per paid request. We confirm the estimated scope and price before work starts; changes beyond the approved scope need a new approval. Sending a request does not authorise a charge.
- Optional guided onboarding: standard $499; larger rollout $999. One-time fee, payable in full before onboarding begins. Allow up to two weeks.
- Paid integrations, migration, AI usage, new features and larger custom development are separately scoped and agreed. A suggestion or support request does not authorise a charge.

Do I have to pay before trying ClubPilot?
No. Create your workspace and use the 30-day trial without a card. Starting the trial does not automatically subscribe you or reserve a founding place. You choose a paid plan only when you are ready.
Do I need several gyms to join?
No. The published plans cover one location through to larger groups. The best fit depends on your locations, staff and the work you need to manage. Founding eligibility and availability are confirmed before you subscribe.
Is guided onboarding required?
Guided onboarding is never required. To book it, email admin@clubpilot.au and we’ll confirm the price and timing before anything is charged. If you’d like a hand, we review your configuration, check user accounts and permissions, confirm tasks and notifications reach the right people, test key workflows and make adjustments so your workspace is ready for your team.
