Users are managers and office staff with full logins. Club and Group include unlimited users. Starter includes 2. Floor staff use free team-member logins on every plan to complete checklists and assigned tasks and report faults, and never count as users.
Yes. Move up or down from Plan and billing in your workspace. You see the exact adjustment and new recurring price before you approve the change.
If ClubPilot isn’t right for your business, email admin@clubpilot.au within 30 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund that payment in full. This applies once per business, to the first subscription payment only; onboarding fees, paid edits and separately agreed services are not included.
Yes. Your records belong to your business. After you cancel, or if your trial ends without a paid plan, you can still view and export them.
A minor edit is one small change to existing wording, settings or a template that takes up to 15 minutes. New features, workflows, integrations and reports are quoted separately. Bug fixes and normal product support do not use your edit allowance.
Additional edits are $99/hour with a 30-minute minimum charge of $49.50 per paid request. We confirm the estimated scope and price before work starts; changes beyond the approved scope need a new approval. Sending a request does not authorise a charge.

No. There is no automatic paid renewal. After 30 days, you can still view and export your records, but making changes requires a paid plan. We confirm the plan and price with you before you approve any charge.
