Is MultiSite Pilot available now?
For childcare centres and pubs, clubs and venues, yes: start from their pages. For other industries, this page is for early-access enquiries; we confirm availability, supported workflows and timing directly with each business.
Does registering create an account or start a paid plan?
No. The form saves your enquiry for the ClubPilot team to review. It does not create a workspace, send staff invitations, take a payment or subscribe you to a paid plan.
What will the pilot cost?
Childcare and venue groups see their prices and founding partner offer on their pages. For other industries, we’ll confirm any subscription, onboarding and custom-work costs before you agree to a pilot.
Can it replace our current industry software?
We need to assess that with you. Start with the operations workflow you want to improve, then review how it fits alongside your existing booking, billing, rostering and specialist systems. No particular integration is promised by registering interest.
Can a single-site business register interest?
Yes. Tell us how many locations you have and what you need to improve. Fit depends on the workflow and supported pilot scope, as well as location count.
