In this guide, we'll show you how to complete a checklist in ClubPilot: how to tick off each check, how to record exceptions, and how to save your progress. We're using a club manager's view. Pause the video whenever you need to. Open Checklists from the menu on the left. This shows every checklist you need to complete for the current period. Each checklist shows when it's due, who it's for, and its status. This one is the Opening and presentation standard, for the start of the month, and it's In progress. Underneath are the checks themselves. Each item is one thing to check at your club. Two are already ticked from earlier in the month. As you complete each check, tick it. Only tick something when it's actually been done and meets the standard. We'll tick, All critical equipment available. If something can't be done yet, leave it unticked. Here, the required notices still need updating, so we'll leave that one for now. Use Notes to explain anything unusual. For example, what still needs doing, when it'll be done, or where the evidence is kept. Then click Save checklist. Your progress is saved, even though the checklist isn't finished yet. You can come back and finish it later. Because one item is still open, the checklist stays In progress. That makes it clear to your manager what's still outstanding. Later, once the notices are updated, come back, tick the last item, update the note, and click Save checklist again. Now every item is ticked, so the checklist shows Completed. ClubPilot records who completed it, and when. One tip. If a check fails because something is broken, don't just leave a note. Log a maintenance request too, so the repair is tracked, and mention it in your checklist notes. That's it. Open Checklists, tick each check as it's done, add notes for anything unusual, and click Save checklist. Thanks for watching. This recording uses a fictional business.
